It's our 12th year so here's to 12 years of cheers.

This year we have decided to introduce an A to Z of breweries.

Can you work through all 26 letters of the alphabet? Don't worry you will have 4 different days of the event to attend between Thursday 8th - Sunday 11th May. In fact, we wouldn't advise you to get through every letter on just one day.

On Thursday 8th May the festival kicks off with a night of stand up comedy from The Swindon Old Town Comedy Club, headlined by Trigger Happy TV comic legend, Dom Joly! As seen on Would I Lie To You, 8 Out of 10 Cats, HIGNFY, I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and much, much more!

 

Also featuring TV comedian Matt Richardson! As seen on Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Celebrity Juice and ITV 2 Stand Up Sketch Show!

 

Along with Funny Women Comedy Awards semi-finalist Joanna Surowiec and your MC and Host, Sam Michael (Tour support for Al Murray, Fiona Allen, Alistair Barry) - Age 16+

Friday 9th May will be our standard opening night of the festival. Come along and try some of the many beers and ciders on offer whilst socialising with others in Christ Church.

Saturday 10th May in the afternoon will be our flagship day of the beer festival. Keep an eye out for the things that will be happening.

On the Saturday evening (5pm onwards), there will be live music from excellent local bands, Sweet Child, What the Pluck, The Tinders & Last Train Smokin.

We are also delighted to confirm that we will close our event on Sunday evening 11th May with the fabulous Wessex Choir providing a concert for all the family. They aim to differentiate themselves from “traditional” male voice choirs and pride themselves on being a relevant, contemporary and innovative ensemble. They will be joined by special guests the after eight choir. Come along and see for yourselves. The ticket price includes all beers/ ciders and snacks for this one.

Session times are as follows:

Thursday 8th May - 6-11pm -  Comedy Night (In Christ Church only) - £18 (ticket includes entry, festival glass, festival guide, 1st drink). Food available to buy from 6-8pm before the event from Food for Thought catering.

Friday 9th May - 6-11pm (In Christ Church only) - £15 (ticket includes entry, festival glass, festival guide and 2 x drinks). Food available all evening from 

Saturday 10th May - 12noon-10pm (In Christ Church and the Community Centre) - £15 (ticket includes entry, festival glass, festival guide and 2 x drinks)

Saturday 10th May - 5-10pm - £12 (ticket includes live music, festival glass, festival guide & first drink)

Sunday 11th May - £12 Adults/ £6 children - The Wessex - male voice choir concert - Concert doors open 6pm, commences 6.30pm till approx 8.30/9pm (ticket includes free beer/ cider & snacks - soft drinks purchased separately.
