Reopening - 1st August 2020
We are pleased to announce that The Community Center @ Christ Church is planning to reopen on Saturday 1st August 2020!
We have been working hard behind the scenes to make the centre Covid Secure so we can welcome back members of the community in the safest way possible. We have had to make some changes and we are working closely with our regular customers to get their activities back up and running as soon as possible in a safe way and hope to welcome regular activities back in September if not before!
New conditions of hire are in place to make sure any hire of the facility goes ahead in a safe way, our cleaning regime has been intensified, toilets have been modified to allow one person use at a time and we have installed sanitation stations and new markings and signage around the centre to help keep you safe. We ask that you also help us keep everyone safe by; respecting social distancing guidance, only arriving for your activities a minute or two before the start to avoid crossing paths with people leaving the centre, bringing your own water bottle to activities where needed, washing your hands regularly while at the centre and wearing a mask when reasonably possible.
Working together we are looking forward to welcoming people back into a community setting while remaining safe.
