Mindfulness for Parents & Carers

Mindfulness offers many benefits: it helps our mental and physical well-being and has been shown to alleviate anxiety, depression, stress and chronic pain. 

This course is aimed specifically at Parents with children following practices from  the bestselling book “Finding Peace in a 
Frantic World” by Mark Williams & Danny Penman.

To help you decide if you  wish to do the 6 week course, we have FREE On-line taster sessions from 8pm to 9pm on Thursdays 10th & 17th February.
If you enjoy the taster there will be a full 6 week course run at a discounted price of £50 beginning 3rd March 2022.

The sessions will be delivered by Susie Stead, a freelance mindfulness teacher based in Oxford. She was trained and competency assessed by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (OMC) and is an OMC teacher.
