ELO Encounter presented by The Kelly Foundation

ELO Encounter presented by The Kelly Foundation - A 70's and 80's night to remember - Friday 1st March - 7.30pm - £15

This is The Kelly Foundation, local community mental health charity's latest concert at Christ Church, in Old Town Swindon.

Part One will be master Guitarist Darren Hunt presenting some of the greatest Guitar riffs from this era, including Mark Knoffler, George Harrison, Peter Buck (REM), The Eagles, Dave Gilmour (Pink Floyd) and more.

After the break...... Stand by for ELO Encounter, a truly fabulous tribute to Jeff Lynne's Electric Light Orchestra !!

A live show featuring soaring strings, striking vocal harmonies and playing all the much loved songs from ELO's hit filled library including Mr Blue Sky, Telephone Line and Don't Bring Me Down.

The ELO Encounter promises a second half filled with rock, roll and Blue Skies that would make even Mozart mambo !!!
So Hold On Tight because Rock and Roll is King in a show that is certain to have you partying "All Over The World"

Remember: "It's not really a tribute because that cheapens what this band does, which is to transport you back to those wild days. So sensitively and authentically done, close your eyes and you'll believe it is actually ELO up there on stage."
