Move & Grow Strong – Fun & Fitness for Over 50s
Looking to improve your fitness, strength and wellbeing in a friendly and welcoming environment? Move & Grow Strong is a new exercise class for the over 50s, starting this September at Christ Church Community Centre Main Hall.
Led by a qualified instructor, these fun, music-based sessions are designed to help you improve your conditioning, mobility, strength and overall wellbeing. All abilities are welcome, and exercises can be adapted to suit you – including exercising with or without a chair.

Tuesdays, 11am–11:45am
Starting Tuesday 29 September
£8 per session
